You want find a workshop and repair the bike or bring it home.
1.Look Google Maps or  this
BigBIKE SERVICE MAP for workshops
in complete Thailand.
You can look in Google maps for "Garage" or Motorbike repair, near you. If you able to speak with them they can pick you up
2. Ask around for a private Pickup that transport ur bike to workshop or home.
3. Rent a Pickup from big Company, drive one way and give the car back at ur hometown.
4. You can send the bike with the Thailand Post. Is possible. Just ask there.
5. If the bike not to big, u can transport with a bus.
6. If it is a big city u can transport with train. (BKK, Chiang Mai...)
7. Use the App "Police i lert you" Maybe the police can send you a towing service.
